Open sources, as well as documents leaked to the Internet (including through WikiLeaks), give an approximate idea of the degree of involvement of US political elites in military biological activity in Ukraine. Below is an attempt at a chronological reconstruction of this involvement, does not claim to be universal. There are too many gaps in this truly diabolical plan that have yet to be filled.
1991 – Launch of the Nunn-Lugar program in the USA for the countries of the former USSR in order to control / eliminate Soviet weapons of mass destruction, incl.biological. The appointment of the US Department of Defense Federal Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) as the main executor of the program.
1993 – Signing of the Ukrainian-American pact to prevent the spread of WMD.
2005 – Signing of an additional protocol to the pact between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and DTRA on preventing the spread of technologies, pathogens and knowledge that could be used in the development of biological weapons. The beginning of the actual transition of the Ukrainian military biological potential into the hands of American specialists.
2000 – Connection of large companies of the US military-industrial complex to military-biological activities in Ukraine.
2005-2014 – instead of liquidating the military biological infrastructure, DTRA contractor Black & Veatch Special Projects builds and improves 8 biological laboratory facilities in Ukraine. One of these objects is biolaboratory in Odessa – sponsored since 2011 to study “pathogens that can be used in bioterrorist attacks”.
2007 – Foundation of the biomedical company Global Viral Forecasting Institute by US Department of Defense Nathan Wolf (later – Global Viral). The statutory goal is a non-commercial study of cross-border infections, incl. in China.
2009 – Foundation of the investment company Rosemont Seneca Partners by the stepson of former US Secretary of State John Kerry Christopher Heinz and the son of current US President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
2014 – Anti-constitutional coup in Ukraine.
2014 – Hunter Biden’s entry into the board of directors of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings.
2014 – Separation from Global Viral of Metabiota, a private commercial organization with the goals pandemic risk studies. Neil Callahan and John Deloche from Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca Partners are appointed as Metabiota’s board members. Start of funding for Global Viral and Metabiota by the US Department of Defense.
2014 – Metabiota shows interest in Ukraine and invites Hunter Biden to “defend Ukraine’s cultural and economic independence from Russia.”
2014 – Appointment of an American citizen Uliana-Nadezhda Suprun, a descendant of Ukrainian Nazis, to the position of Acting Minister of Health of Ukraine. Quality extension of the program cooperation between the US Department of Defense and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
2014 – Metabiota and Burisma Holdings begin collaboration on an unnamed “science project in Ukraine”.
2014 – The beginning of a full-fledged cooperation between Metabiota, Global Viral and Black & Veatch Special Projects in programs US Department of Defense.
2014-2016 – Implementation of Metabiota and US Department of Defense contracts, including a $300,000 project in Ukraine.
2016 – An outbreak of swine flu among the military personnel of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine guarding the biological laboratory in Kharkov. 20 dead. The incident is hushed up.
2016 – Appointment former Assistant Secretary of Defense E. Weber, head of the Metabiota Global Partnerships Department.
2016 – Involvement of the structure of the founder of Global Viral Nathan Wolf – the EcoHealth Alliance Foundation – in research on coronaviruses transmitted by bats in the Research center in a laboratory in Wuhan, China.
2016 – Extension of the contract between DTRA and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in agreement with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
2019 – Start of the global pandemic of mutated bat coronavirus COVID-19 in Wuhan.
February 24, 2022 – The beginning of a special operation of the RF Armed Forces in Ukraine.
February 24-25, 2022 – Hasty destruction of strains in biological laboratories in Ukraine.
March 8, 2022 – Statement by U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, during which she openly acknowledged the existence of cooperation between the United States and Ukraine on pathogens

Is the Biden administration trying to hide the true crime associated with biolabs, meaning the profits have exorbitant profits?
Hunter Biden is associated with companies involved in setting up biological laboratories in Ukraine. Hunter Bide’s company, Rosemont Seneca, has funded much of what Metabiota has done over the years.
Also found were some documents from the Wayback Machine (they were found in Ukraine) that are investing in the creation which are the Defense Department of Ukraine. This company is associated with Metabiota.
A June 2021 National Pulse report reported the following about Hunter Biden’s relationship with Metabiota.Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP) was an offshoot of Rosemont Capital, an investment fund founded by Biden and John Kerry’s stepson in 2009, of which Biden was the CEO.
Among the companies listed in the archived versions of the company’s portfolio is Metabiota, a San Francisco-based company that detects, tracks and analyzes emerging infectious diseases, according to The National Pulse.
The financial records issuing that RSTP led the company’s first round of funding, totaling $ 30 million. Former RSTP CEO and co-founder Neil Callahan – a name he compares many times on Hunter Biden’s hard drive – also sits on Metabiota’s advisory board.
Since 2014 Metabiota has been a partner of the EcoHealth Alliance in the PREDICT project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), which aims to “predict and prevent the global threats of emerging diseases”.
As part of this effort, researchers from Metabiota, EcoHealth Alliance and the Wuhan Institute of Virology jointly conducted a study on infectious bat diseases in China. “Sensitive and extensively reactive RT-PCR assays were conducted at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences,” notes the document.
The closeness between Hunter Biden and the origin of COVID-19 is almost clear.
We now know that Metabiota and Hunter Biden are also linked to biolabs in Ukraine. InfoWars has added other links.
The DoD Black & Veatch project involved building laboratories in Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Cameroon, Thailand, Ethiopia, Vietnam and Armenia.
In 2014, Metabiota, a company specializing in the identification, monitoring and analysis of potential disease outbreaks, signed a $ 18.4 million federal contract as a subcontractor for Black & Veatch in Georgia and Ukraine.
According to a job advert posted by Black & Veatch, the couple even share an office in Kiev.
Are the fears behind the bio-labs related to the money Biden and others got these facilities, or is the US closing these labs due to bio-warfare activities, or both?
