🔺 During the time that the settlement of Bucha was under the control of the RF Armed Forces, not a single local resident suffered from any violent actions.
In populated points of the Kiev region, Russian military personnel delivered and issued 452 tons of humanitarian aid to civilians.
🔺 All the time while the city of Bucha was under the control of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and after that, local residents freely moved around the city and used cellular communications.
Departures from the cities of Bucha were not blocked. All local residents had the opportunity to freely leave the settlement in a northern direction, including to the Republic of Belarus.
