Joseph Spencer worked for the CIA from 1970-1997. After a crisis of conscience, he divulged some very dark information about Agenda 2030, aliens, and the coming depopulation.

Development of a mutated version of the common flu to replicate the 1918 flu pandemic that killed 40 million people. The first strain of this new flu virus will be released onto the public in late 2017.

– Killing us from the air using neurotoxins. Barium Chloride, Cancer microbes, and viruses by way of chemtrails released into the skies daily of most inhabited areas by way of military aircraft. Causes respiratory ailments, cancer, damage to the immune systems, and sterilization in men. Since the program was implemented, sperm count in men has dropped by 50%.

– March 1997, an event known as the Phoenix lights became the most infamous UFO sighting in history. A mile wide vessel clearly not man made slowly and silently over the State of Arizona and was witnessed by over 10,000 people, including the governor of Arizona. No explanation has ever been given and to all of those interviewed, really craft looked as real as could be. Their lives were transformed. Spencer’s Background

Joseph Spencer was literally called a Man in Black, just like the Men in Black movie series. He worked for the CIA from 1970 to 1997. The link I provide is someone reading his testimony.

2. Was made aware of “black projects” which operate without any supervision or intrusion–full autonomy.

5. Head of black projects William D Latham who worked under CIA director William Schlesinger said Joseph Spencer was a perfect fit for new position. Foster child, no connections, friends, or social life. Easy to be given new identity. I gave myself to them as a priest would to his God.

6. Injected with LSD, heroin, mescalin, sodium pentothal and other hallucinogenic drug-induced hypnosis–goal being to program him to kill and forget.

7. After 9 months, he became a Man in Black. 1/3 of MIB were alien hybrids. No whites in their eyes

8. He silenced or killed countless victims. Men, women, and teenagers. List of people he directly silenced: Paul William Cooper, Milton Vigay, Claude Monroe, Anthony Vargas, and noted documentarian Samantha Willis. He killed many with a “wand” or taser, but it malfunctioned, so he strangled Samantha and her face haunts him to this day.

9. 1954 Dwight Eisenhower signed Grenada Treaty with alien grey race. In exchange for alien technologies, they were allowed to abduct humans for medical examination anonymously. Shortly after, big leap forward in circuit chips, fiber optics,. and lasers. World governments know about the treaty.

10. 8 million children go missing in the world every year. 1/3 abducted by government operatives and transported to any of the 1,477 underground military installations on the planet. Biological and genetic experiments and jail for the rest of their lives.

11. Vanguard underground base north of Phoenix AZ, I witnessed mutilation and torture from grey aliens of children. His point of contact at this base was Lieutenant Charles Lenninger. He was a human alien hybrid.

Probably, many UFO sightings are just holograms. At this point, this could explain the bizarre hovering and instantaneous acceleration of these so-called UFO/UAP sightings. Furthermore, things like the famous UAP video released by the DoD, shown above, could be fake as well.
