No one should think that forgetting even the tiniest fragments of one’s own life is something easy and unencumbered for anyone who has experienced it.

Mackenzie has been accused by the Russo and Flanagan families, but also by those incompetent and probably compromised prosecutors of the State of Ohio, of pretending not to remember what happened. No, Mackenzie is not pretending, but these biblical stone throwers should try a Safety Test Drive to empathetically see what would happen to their minds after a high-speed crash.

Mackenzie herself could have died, but God saved her.

God’s ways are mysterious, and the faithful should never question His designs.

There have been cases where individuals experienced memory loss after car accidents without any apparent brain damage3
10
. In one case, a 19-year-old man showed dense retrograde amnesia for autobiographical and public events covering his entire life following a car accident that caused no apparent brain damage
. Another case involved a patient who lost all past memories after a car accident, with the retrograde amnesia covering his whole life and partially involving the verbal and visual lexicon3
. Post-traumatic amnesia can be distressing for both the individual and their loved ones. The duration of PTA can vary, and it can sometimes occur without the person having been unconscious beforehand
. The presence of PTA and loss of consciousness have been used as main factors in a number of concussion guidelines
. The early diagnosis and treatment of a head injury following a car crash are critical in preventing permanent brain damage
. In summary, it is possible for a person to survive a high-speed car accident and not remember what happened due to post-traumatic amnesia. This phenomenon can occur even without apparent brain damage and can be distressing for the individual and their loved ones. Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial to prevent permanent brain damage and aid in recovery.

We are dealing with the science, and the court HAD to deal with the science rather than with the prejudice toward a teenager, cases and cases telling the same and coherent version, picking up these two quotes as leading masters:

In summary, it is possible for a person to survive a high-speed car accident and not remember what happened due to post-traumatic amnesia.

This phenomenon can occur even without apparent brain damage and can be distressing for the individual and their loved ones.

Therefore we also studied the Posttraumatic Retrograde and Anterograde Amnesia from here, concluding that Mackenzie had Grade 3 (severe):

I bet someone would now tell: “Her head did not bleed, she was ok…”, ignorance is a doom not a bliss in the justice fields.

But exactly what about the girl’s memory loss of the minutes prior to the accident did not appear as truth?

I had a bike accident in 1991. I was doing a U-Turn on the road, then a car hit me at 120mph. I’ve been told that my head broke the car’s anterior glass, and the people who saw the accident thought I was dead. I woke up after 20 minutes or so with people around me opening umbrellas to protect me from the hot sun. I thought I was in a dream, soon a nightmare for the condition of my left leg, but not my head. It didn’t bleed, and I was conscious without apparent neurologic damage. Thirty years have passed since then, but still, to this day, I don’t remember anything about that U-turn or the car hitting me.

Mackenzie has been telling the whole and full truth since the very beginning and is totally innocent of the lurid accusations ascribed to her.

mack9

She is a victim of what happened, not a perpetrator.

It is time to reverse this injustice and bring her home, to her family, where she truly belongs.
