Baruch Kopel Goldstein was an American Jewish doctor who moved to Israel in 1983 and worked as a physician in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).

Born Benjamin Goldstein in Brooklyn, New York, to an Orthodox Jewish family, he graduated from one of their American Jewish universities in medicine, becoming a doctor who, on paper and in “faith,” should save human lives.
After this, Benjamin joined one of these legalized American Jewish terrorist organizations, the Jewish Defense League (JDL), founded by his childhood friend Meir Kahane.
In 1983, Goldstein emigrated to Israel, changed his name from Benjamin to Baruch, got married, and had four children.

As a doctor, Goldstein was a perfect Zionist: he refused to treat both “Semitic” soldiers in the IDF and injured Palestinians captured by the IDF because, according to him, they were not human and did not fall within the canons of his medical oath.
Goldstein had no problem defining Israel as Nazi Germany and wore a yellow star with the word “Jude,” like Jewish prisoners in concentration camps.
On February 25, 1994, after donning his military uniform and loading several semi-automatic firearms, Goldstein entered a mosque in Hebron and opened fire on those present. He left 29 dead and more than 120 injured. While he was about to reload the cartridge of bullets, he was blocked by the Palestinians who began to lynch him.
February 24 was the Day of Purim and Goldstein wanted to honor his God, or Golden Calf, by mowing down Muslims or infidels, “purifying” what they call and believe as the “Holy Land” of Israel, and washing it with the blood of infidels.
After the attack, Goldstein was lynched by the Palestinians.
The tomb of Goldstein has become a place of pilgrimage and celebration for thousands of Zionists, such as Ashton Kutcher, IDF cap celebrating the name of Baruch Goldstein.
Jews consider him a hero of the country and one of the greatest and perfect Jews in the history of Israel, and they still strive to ensure that his figure is venerated even more than the victims of the Holocaust.

Rabbis, en masse, consider Goldstein’s action justified by the Torah code and that Goldstein must be respected because “a Jewish fingernail is worth more than the life of a million Arabs“.
The Israeli government dismantled the site of his burial in 1999, but a new tomb was reconstructed shortly thereafter.
Even a political party, Otzma Yehudit, was founded in his honor and is very close to Benjamin Netanyahu in the Israeli government.
